I was successful! Yesterday evening, I returned to the store with a Barbie computer that we gave to Constance for Christmas. It did not work after two weeks, but when my boyfriend went to the exchange this week, 90 days had passed. They would not exchange it.
But I returned with the magazine article Protect You law on consumer protection in hand. The girl told me she could do nothing. I summoned the manager who has kindly said I could go and choose another computer! My daughter is on cloud nine this morning and I I am proud of my shot! We had paid the computer at a considerable price, so ... It was worth it! Moral of the story: keep our merchants front end! A toy paid a fairly high amount should run more than two weeks and more than 90 days!
